SCHWING Stetter launches new Concrete Pump SP 1400

SCHWING Stetter India Pvt Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of SCHWING Gmbh, Germany, and a leading player in the Indian Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) equipment industry, has launched theSP 1400, the latest concrete pump in the SCHWING Global range of products. This is the fourth category of pump to join SCHWING Stetter's range of concrete pumps in India, who also manufactures the BP 350 range, BP 1800 range and BP 2800 range of concrete pumps for the Indian market. SP 1400 is ideal for the construction of buildings of vertical reach upto 30 floors. Designed and manufactured according to the most stringent international testing standards, the SP 1400 is a rock valve pump with a fast switching circuit with double cylinders. The pump is designed with the latest hydraulic components, thereby ensuring operational reliability and extended operational life for the product. A central bank of grease nipples makes the maintenance process very simple. Remote control facilities will be a standard feature of the pump, which can operate both on the piston side and the rod side. This results in a maximum concrete output of 52 cubic metres per hour, which can approximately fill concrete for the 5000 sq.ft of floor construction. A 4-cylinder engine makes the SP1400 highly fuel-efficient.

The concrete pump is already being tested locally and has received extremely positive feedback from the customers who have tried the services of the product. The product is being launched for the first time across the globe and will be manufactured in India first, after which the Group will manufacture this model in USA and China.
